Where practical, information no longer required will be securely deleted earlier.
Final Ceremony Scripts
Final ceremony scripts may be retained for up to 3 years following the ceremony date.
Scripts may be anonymised and used for personal reference, professional development or training purposes.

Photographs and Testimonials
Photographs, testimonials and reviews that clients have given permission to use may be retained until that permission is withdrawn.
If consent is withdrawn, future use will cease. Information already published may not always be possible to remove from third-party platforms.
Financial Records
Invoices, payment records and related financial documents will normally be retained for 6 years in accordance with HM Revenue & Customs requirements and standard accounting practice.
Some records may be retained for longer where required by law.

Relevant email correspondence may be retained for up to 3 years following a ceremony or service.
Routine correspondence that is no longer required will be deleted periodically.

Information submitted through website forms will be retained only for as long as necessary to respond to enquiries and provide services.
